Talay Hotel and Villa Cha-am

Very nice place at the middle of Cha Am beach, The staff is very friedly and helpful, breakfast is excellent, if one needs something, they will get it. There is a nice little pool, good for a quick dip. The location is very convenient, beach, restaurants all just a few meters away. The rooms in the main hotel with the little balcony can be a bit noisy. There are two big airconditions outside and they make a lot of noise, if you want it quiet, take one of the rooms in the villa section, just beside the pool. The rooms on the first floor also have tables and chairs outside.

Great location : 1 min walk to the beach and street food, with 7/11 next door. Facility : nice swimming pool and sitting area, many car parking slots Staff : helpful although sometimes aren't the most efficient Breakfast : 189 baht was OK for the value Room : spacious with beach towel and beach sandals provided.
